A Tortured Soul is one of the most unique sounds to come out of Milwaukee Metal Scene in a while. Playing Metal in a scene which is now mostly dominated by Hip Hop and Rap, these hardcore metal demons continue to evolve their sound and their philosophy on what Metal should be.
A Tortured Soul was interviewed at the Northern Wisconsin Metalfest. They played last year, and it was brilliant. When they took the stage this year, it was an even greater performance. They performed a very good chunk of the new material from their upcoming full length album, and frankly it was brutal and awesome.
